When you join for the i-Buddy Video competition (the "Competition") you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions your application will be invalid and you may not participate in the Competition.

1. The video must contains the wordings "www.i-buddy.com" for a minimal time of 3 seconds to indicate the purpose of the video is to join the competition. There is no rigid requirement of how and when the wordings are shown. For example, watermark, post-video editing, or using material containing the words as plotting are all welcome.
2. The view count is the primary measurement for decide the winner. Any video showing strong evidence of view counter manipulation will be banned.
3. The elements i-Buddy and music must appear and act as the dominant component of the video
4. You can upload your video to any famous internet video sharing website such as youtube. There is no limitation on the number of videos you use to join the competition.
5. Your video must not contain any advertising element and/or contents which is not allowed by the law or the internet video sharing website's policy. i-Buddy.com is not responsible for any legal issue related to your video.
6. Video count shown here are updated on a regular basis which does not always reflect the view count shown in the original video sharing website.
7. This Competition is open to all people, except the staff of Union Creations and their immediate families are not allowed to take part.
8. Each participant is entitled to win only one top prize.
9. Only original works are accepted. Union Creations reserve the right to disqualify entries for any reason.
10. Entry deadline is 31st December, 2009. Winners will be notified by e-mail.
